  • Provide details on where to get these parts so you can purchase them and get started building your immediately
  • Provide you with instructions and helpful information on building your home theater PC, so that you can do it right the first time
  • Provide you with software recommendations to help you get the most out of your media center
  • Give you access to our premium support forums, as well as 30 days of free one-on-one email support for any specific questions.
  • Cost: $149.
Support – ongoing.

If you need ongoing support with your media center, we’re here to help.  Our premium support plan will provide:

  • Ongoing email and chat support with our experts
  • Access to our premium support forums
  • A free customized hardware & software recommendation to help you build your own home theater PC
  • 2 free remote support sessions, with future sessions available at $75 / hour.
  • Cost: $99 / month.
Support – one time.

If you need help with a specific issue, remote support is available for $75 / hour.

Custom built home theater PC.

If you don’t have the time to build your own home media center, or prefer not to deal with the frustration and learning curve that can come with customizing your HTPC, let us build it for you!  We will:

  • Connect with you to discuss your specific home theater needs, space requirements, and other considerations
  • Create a custom report detailing your perfect home theater PC
  • Build your custom home theater PC, typically ready within 2 weeks
  • Set up and configure any software based on your needs
  • Provide 30 days of support, including email, chat and remote support (optional ongoing support is also available with this option for only $75 / month)
  • Cost: $999 setup and customization fee + hardware (specific hardware costs will vary).
